The complete set of equipment consists of three main components: an automatic film arrangement system, an automatic expansion system, and a mold.

4.Expansion Mechanism:The expansion mechanism is fitted with a guide mold corresponding to the specific workpiece. Operators can easily insert two sets of aluminum tubes into the corresponding stations using the guide plate tool. With a simple push of a button, the expansion mechanism automatically resets and moves to the correct position. The cylinder then moves to expand the aluminum tube and retracts after the fins are photographed.

5.Ejection Mechanism:After the expansion process is completed, the ejection mechanism rises to eject the finished workpiece. This feature facilitates easy material cutting for the operator, streamlining the overall workflow.
