Introduction

The equipment adopts stepless transmission to control the tightness of the warping piece, so that the warping piece is tightly wound on the smooth tube. The frequency conversion motor is used to adjust the range of pitch (2.3 ~ 5mm), with uniform pitch and high precision. The transmission adopts screw rod and rolling to drive the car to move around circularly. Gearbox; adopt self-developed forward and reverse power transmission system.

Carbon steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, copper pipe. G embedded / L type / LLtype / KL type / KLM type; copper aluminum fin heat pipe.

Embedded type: the disc type blade is used, the depth of the pipe groove is 0.35 ~ 0.4mm, and the width is 0.5 ~ 0.55mm; the aluminum (copper) sheet is wound in the groove and pressed by the pressing wheel Beside the blade, so that the aluminum (copper) sheet is firmly embedded in the copper pipe or steel pipe.

Features

The machine bed is mainly made of steel plate welding structure. Working table, automatic feeding, precision screw drive, circulating cooling, electrical system and gearbox

1. Workbench:

The whole welded components of the bed are not deformed during secondary tempering treatment and vibration. On the plane, there are reasonable lifting adjustment, forming wheel, pressing plate, pressing shaft, cutter head, pressing wheel and embossing wheel.
