The capillary tube straightening, cutting, and stripping machine is designed to cut plastic-coated capillary tubes to length and remove the plastic coating efficiently. With its automatic control features and increased work efficiency, this machine offers advantages over traditional methods.
Whether you are new to this machine or seeking a refresher, this guide will walk you through the installation requirements, interface instructions, programming, troubleshooting, and more. Let's dive in!
The capillary tube straightening, cutting, and stripping machine offers the key advantage-Efficient Operation. The machine's automatic control system for cutting length and plastic coat removal significantly increases work efficiency compared to traditional methods.
Before starting the machine, ensure the following installation requirements are met:
Wire cable:Use a 4-wire, 3-phase cable.
Air pressure:The input air pressure should be between 0.6-0.8 MPa.
Pneumatic Triad:Set the air pressure for the pneumatic triad to 0.6 MPa (downside).
Air valve pressure:Set the air valve pressure to 0.3-0.4 MPa (upper side).
Power supply:Connect the machine to the power supply.
Manual mode:Change the mode to Manual Mode on the control panel.
Tube feeding:Feed the tubes into the cutting head and clamp tool.
Clamping cylinder:Adjust the clamping cylinder to maintain a 5mm gap between the nut and cylinder block.
Cylinder control:Use the control button to operate the cylinder, clamp the tube, and keep the cutting cylinder running.
Cutter and support roller:Adjust the cutter and support roller to maintain a 0.5mm gap between the tube and them.
Automatic work mode:Under automatic work mode, adjust the clamp cylinder until the tube is cut off, then tighten the cylinder nut.
System setting password:The password for accessing system settings is 2922.
The machine interface consists of several pages. Here's an overview:
Choose the language (Chinese or English).
Access the Automatic, Manual, Programming, and System Setting pages.
Set the working program code, tube length, pulse signal display, preset and current quantity, strip blade speed, strip feed speed, inertia compensation, decelerate distance, feed speed, and brake distance.
Control each part manually, enabling ON/OFF functions.
Edit programs by naming them and setting tube length, feed speed, decelerate distance, inertia compensation, strip lengths, strip blade speed, strip feed speed, and brake distance.
Configure settings like unloading switch, tube cutting ECO, unloading duration, drum perimeter, and cut pull distance. Access to these settings requires a password.
When the system happens with Inverter Alarm, Overload alarm, tube lack, etc., the machine will quit from auto work condition, and an alarm page will pop up. Check the alarm part and reset the device for continued work.
Ensure smooth operation by following these notices and troubleshooting tips:
● After the power supply connection, manually check all moving parts.
● Adjust the clamp, drive system, and straightening roller concentricity.
● Manually feed the tube and adjust the straightening roller accordingly.
● Check the cutting section roundness and necking when cutting manually, adjusting the blade and support roller as needed.
● Inspect the clamping position for any scratches.
● Check the cutting motor for reverse rotation if the cutting head rotation is loose
● Check the push cylinder air pressure and ensure proper lubrication if the cutting head doesn't rotate
● If the cutting section is inclined, adjust the position of the blade and support wheel, ensuring the cutting head base plate is vertical to the clamping tool.
● If there are scratches in the clamping position, check if the three parts of the clamp meet in a circle and move synchronously.
● If there is excessive cutting tolerance, check for a loose encoder wheel and adjust buffer distance and compensation settings.
By following these instructions and adhering to the operation notices, you can maximize the efficiency and performance of the machine. Should any issues arise, consult the troubleshooting section for guidance.
