Automatic feeding
The servo cutting machine feeds through the puller connected to the servo motor (different fins need to customize a special puller), and can feed different types of fins by changing the puller.
Height adjustment of pulley
The fins of different specifications have different heights and in order to better pull the fins to feed, the height of the puller can be changed by turning the adjusting nuts on the front and rear end plates, so that the puller can better mesh with the fins and improve the reliability of feeding.
Change the cutting length
The work of the servo cutting machine is controlled by PLC, and the cutting length can be set on the control panel (number of teeth * wavelength = cutting length).
Cut off count
The cutting quantity and count can be set on the control panel.
